臨床診斷: HCC S/P TAE, HBV
檢查發現:
1. Liver: Coarse echogenicity, with nodular surface. A small hyperechoic nodule at S4.
Several heperechoic nodules in RT lobe, largest one 3.2 cm at S7-8. Two hypoechoic nodule 1.4 and 1.7 cm at S5 & S6.
2. IHDs & CBD: Neg.
3. Gall bladder: Small stones, largest 7 mm.
4. Pancreas: Neg.
5. Portal vein: Neg.
6. Spleen: Neg.
7. Kidney: Neg.
8. Ascites: Nil.
超音波診斷:
1. Liver cirrhosis
2. Hepatic nodules both lobes, C/W post - TAE change.
3. Hepatic nodules, Rt lobe, suspecting residual or recurrent HCCs.
4. GB stones.
